Banned card in z3x shell alpha

Hi,
I have problem to see my card in new alpha shell . If I try to restore card say card banned. If I try procedure to restore my card with other shell version say that my card is upgraded to 2.2 version.
I don’t know If I can put my S/n here
Please reply z3x support
