in "NCK PRO" combo tool "UMT" not working

please help me, i’m using dongle NCK PRO from last 1 year. With this dongle i was able to use NCK tools and UMT tools both. but as now my dongle’s activation was expired. so i get a renew activation.

but now only NCK working, UMT not working.

and as i know, NCK PRO is just like UMT PRO.
UMT PRO mein avenger combo me ata h umt k sath
and
NCK PRO mein UMT combo me ata h nck k saath

and i’m facing this truble. please help me or give me some suggetion.
