Why Is Note 10+ (N975U AT&T Bit 2) Requesting 400 Credits For Network Unlock?

I am trying to unlock this phone but it’s requesting 400 credits. I had to flash combination and perform "Read Codes" operation, it’s requesting 110 credits.

I saw on the "credit consumption" that unlocking this requires 50 credits. Why then is the software requesting 400 or 110 credits?
